"Before joining the DEES program, our ability as an institution and country to acquire digital evidence was very limited. The DEES program has equipped me, my institution (Liberia National Police) and my country (Liberia) with the knowledge to properly/legally conduct search and seizure, document evidence items, acquire evidence, analyze data acquired, and write forensic reports for court proceedings. It is also an eye-opening experience to wildlife crimes we did not know about. A very important thing for me is that I'm empowered by my mentors (ED, Mark & Willie) to share this knowledge with other officers. LONG LIVE DEES Program."
